Our Initiatives



  • Each group follows rules of Organic farming.
  • All groups grow kitchen gardens for their families’ nutrition.
  • Most of India is battling a war against malnutrition.
  • Each group compulsorily follows Vermi composting, which helps them feed cost in farming, trainings have started for Vermicomposting.
  • Each group is learning Beekeeping and collection of wild honey. Initially, the honey is being used for their own nutrition. An organic raw honey project is underway.
  • Training for growing an exotic mushroom variety is also on the agenda
  • We have marketed more than 1000 tons for the farmers
  • We have covered fresh fruits, vegetables, grains, millets and super foods
  • Our farmers have grown more than 50 acres of Khapli Wheat
  • Our farmers groups are growing more than 100 acres of Black rice. IndusVeda has provided them the seeds free of cost.
  • Some of our farmers groups have successfully planted Moringa of 50 acres for processing powder
  • Other groups in the area are planting Organic Garlic and Vegetables.
  • Processing of Pineapples of more than 100 farmers is being undertaken with the help of Rashtriya Krishi Vikash Yojana (RKVY) in Boko, Assam.
  • We at IndusVeda strongly supports renewable energy and fighting the battle of climate change at the village level by training farmers to recognize this fact.
